What is defensive driving?
Driving to save lives, time, and money in spite of the conditions around you and the actions of others.
In the DDC-4 workshop you will learn:
safe driving techniques to prevent collisions and violations
how to recognize potential hazards
collision-avoidance techniques
common driving violations, and how to avoid them
how to change driving habits to eliminate moving violations
The DDC-4 workshop includes:

The course is facilitated by a National Safety Council/Tennessee Regional Safety Council certified instructor.

Williamson County General Sessions Court, The City of Franklin, Juvenile Court and the Town of Nolensville - certificates are available at the end of class to satisfy those courts.  (In most cases we will return the forms to the courts so you will not have to go back to court.)


NSC certificate are mailed directly from TRSC. (Valid throughout the United States.)

   An opportunity to learn in a fun and relaxed setting.
   Your own participant's guide and the showing of
   the latest National Safety Council videos.
   Safe driving information for future reference.

Important Information:

Location: The Factory (on Franklin Rd, one mile south of Mack Hacher, and one mile north of Franklin square), Building #8, Room #804.  From Franklin Road turn East on Marketplace, go toward the back of the Factory and watch for the red awning on building #8. 


Cost: $50 (You may pay by cash, VISA, Master Card, or a check payable to ISI-Defensive Driving)


Registration: Classes are held every Saturday morning at 8:30 and Monday and Tuesday nights at 5:30.  You may register 15-30 minutes prior to the start of class.

Directions:
From I-65: take the Cool Springs Boulevard West exit. Stay on Cool Springs Boulevard until it dead ends at Mack Hatcher. Turn right onto Mack Hatcher. Turn left on Franklin Road (first stoplight). The Factory is about a mile down on your left. Turn left into The Factory before Princeton's Grille (restaurant) and follow the lane back to building #8.
Classroom #804 is located in building #8.
Park in front of the Building 8 entrance, or around the side of the building.
