Impact Seminars, Inc. (ISI), a training and consultation firm in Brentwood, Tennessee since 1979, was founded by John E. Halbert to offer support to organizations which are trying to live up to their visions of what their organizations could become. Workshops and other events are designed for participants--ranging from CEO's and owners to entry-level employees--who want to experience personal and professional development.

ISI is designed to enhance the efforts of those who desire to find meaning in their work, and for anyone who wants to improve their business. We see all employees as being self-employed--no company is responsible for its employees' security needs.
